Vera Molnar at the Venice Biennale

oniris.art is proud to support the participation of Vera Molnar to Venice for the Biennale Arte 2022, in the Central Pavilion at Giardini.

 

At the 59^th International Art Exhibition La Biennale di Venezia, Vera Molnar participates in the exhibition entitled The Milk of Dreams, organized by Cecilia Alemani. This exhibition will be placed under the sign of the imagination and the various and varied metamorphoses.

 

Vera Molnar is invited to exhibit twenty computer drawings from the 70s and 80s at the Official International Art Exhibition of La Biennale di Venezia, at the Central Pavilion in Giardini.

 

Among the works exhibited, you may discover computer drawings made with a plotter between 1974 and 1985 in the series [ detailed view of the works proposed below in red ]:

• Transformations de carrés concentriques et Hypertransformation dated 1974 to 1976
• Saccades, 1977
• Histoire d'I, 1977
• 9 quasi-carrés, 1985

ABOUT "Icône 2020"

During the Venice Biennale, another small exhibition related to Vera Molnar is organized around Icône 2020: a realization by Murano Glass Masters based on a historical painting by Vera Molnar Computer Icône.
