Bruno Rousselot - A,C,D,E,F,L,T - automne 2013 - Oniris

In November 2013, the Oniris gallery welcomes for the first time the paintings of Bruno Rousselot in Rennes with an exhibition entitled "A, C, D, E, F, L, T".

Despite appearances, Bruno Rousselot is not a geometric artist. From geometric art, he borrows a taste for a painting made up of the simplest forms and their transformation, but he refuses anything that could make the painting appear as the product of a system, of an impersonal procedure.

This does not make him a lyrical artist! Admittedly, his works are freely coloured arrangements, but these arrangements have no sentimental or expressive function.

Bruno Rousselot says: "I don't build, I organize".
